At Scum Skateboarding, we want you to be fully stoked on your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't up to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
